Pitta Vata dosha Recipe #2 Corn Fritters


1 cup of corn kernel
1 egg (you may use two egg whites instead)
1 stalk of green onion and a little bit celery, chopped
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of water, room temperature
puree of:
1 clove of garlic, 1 clove of shallot/ equal amount of red onion, 1tsp of coriander seeds

mixed all together as batter and fry.

Also called "bakwan: in indonesia. The taste is familiar as my family always have this from time to time. To make it more legit, you can substitute celery for coriander leaves.
